State and Agency
All institutions must provide a copy of contact information for filing complaints with its accreditor, its State approval or licensing entity, and any other relevant State official or agency that would appropriately handle a student's complaint. The Western Interstate Commission (WICHE) provides the attached document to be used only as a reference.
